Sensei Mohammad Vatan Nia was born on 27 July 1986. He entered the university after high school and graduated in civil engineering. His sport activities began in 1991 in the field of swimming and he could achieve the provincial championship in this field. In 2005, he began training the art of Aikido with Sensei Rafati in Higer sport center in Tehran. After a year because of the closure of the Higer sport center, he passed a short time training with Sensei Arabsorkhi and again resumed training with Sensei Rafati in Shahid Chamran (Bowling abdo) sport complex.
After he received the Kyu 4 rank, due to temporary busy time of sensei Rafati, he began teaching the basic techniques to the students of lower levels and it was the first steps of entering to the world of teaching the art of aikido for him.
Shortly after, he met sensei Ahmad aghsaghloo and since then he trained Aikido under his supervision. After about two years in 2007, he became the director of “House of AIKIDO” and the head of “AIKIDO Shop” in Iran AIKIDO AIKIKAI.
During his training and advancing in this field, he was cooperating with different committees and performed related affairs of AIKIDO style in sport federation. In 2007, he became lead of AIKIDO AIKIKAI style in Tehran and head office for IRAN AIKIDO AIKIKAI.
In 2005, he met Shihan zarinderakht in Iran. Shihan Zarinderakht had come to Iran from Japan for doing some personal affairs. Sensei Vatan nia has always been interested in Shihan Nishio AIKIDO. As Shihan Zarrinderakht demonstrated the pure AIKIDO techniques, the interests of him to Nishio AIKIDO multiplied. Unfortunately, Shihan Zarrinderakht returned to Japan and sensei vatan nia was deprived of learning the pure AIKIDO by Shihan Zarrinderakht. However, he always tried to learn and teach this kind of AIKIDO Style. In 2016, he passed the exam successfully and received 4th Dan in AIKIDO by Shihan Ishigaki in IRAN. At the same time, he was introduced as “the Best Tori” in AIKIDO Conference by the Shihan Ishigaki and one set of high-grade hakama was given to him as a gift by Shihan.
From this time onward, the relationship between Sensei vatan nia and his instructor (Mr. Aghsalghloo) went rapidly out of favour and all his efforts were ignored by Mr. Aghsaghloo. In 2016, , he separated from Mr. Aghsaghloo group with all respect to all of his instructors and started to find new horizons in AIKIDO art especially pure Japanese AIKIDO style, So after a short time in 2017, he succeeded to set up Iran branch of Shishyia AIKIDO MEISEI KAI (Shihan Ichiro Shishyia AIKIDO Style) via Shihan Zarrinderakht.
